Refund policy

At Everlife Brews, all of our coffee and tea products are food/beverage items roasted, blended, and fulfilled to order. For safety, freshness, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns of any kind.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food-safety regulations, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, including (but not limited to):

  • Opened or unopened coffee or tea products

  • Products returned due to taste preference

  • Accidental or incorrect orders placed by the customer

Please ensure your order details are correct before completing checkout.


Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order due to our error or damage during shipping, we will make it right.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your product has a defect or quality issue upon arrival

To report an issue, please contact us at support@everlifebrews.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may void eligibility for a refund or replacement.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in rare and approved cases, including verified:

  • Shipping damage

  • Fulfillment errors

  • Quality defects confirmed by our team

Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Taste preferences or personal expectations

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers once the order has shipped

  • Sale items, promotional items, or gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a refund is approved, you may place a new order at your convenience.
