At Everlife Brews, every order is freshly prepared and fulfilled to order to ensure quality and consistency. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All coffee and tea products are made to order and typically require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time includes roasting, blending, packaging, and quality checks.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Origin
All Everlife Brews orders are fulfilled and shipped from our roastery partner located in Bend, Oregon.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times begin after processing and may range from:

Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–5 business days after shipment

International orders: We do not offer international delivery at this time
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order quantity, and selected shipping method.
Tracking & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. Everlife Brews is not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@everlifebrews.com and include:

We will review the issue and determine eligibility for a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping & Customs
We do not fulfill international orders at this time.
